What is the return policy?

Our Commitment At Valdore Jewels, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-returnable items: earrings (for hygiene reasons), sale/clearance items, and gift cards.

How to Start a Return Email us at  with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Do not send items back without prior approval.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us.

90-Day Tarnish-Free Guarantee If your 316L stainless steel or 925 sterling silver piece tarnishes within 90 days of normal wear, we'll replace it free of charge. Simply send a photo to our email. No arguments, no hassle.

Wrong or Missing Items If you received the wrong item or your order is missing something, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll resolve it immediately at no cost to you.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank. If the issue persists, contact us.

Shipping Returns You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

What happens if my shipment is lost/damaged?

Lost/Damaged Packages: Contact us within 7 days of delivery if your item arrives damaged. We’ll replace it free. If tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, contact your local post office first, then email us.
